Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation. Enter your details, agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and confirm your email address. You must be at least 13; if you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to the Terms.

Browse movies, short films, and series from the main navigation, or open a creator's page to see their full catalogue. Short films are always free, and many series offer free opening episodes.

Creators publish four formats: Short Films (free showcases), Feature Films, Horizontal Series, and Vertical Series made for phones.

Tokens unlock paid episodes and films. Once you unlock something, it stays unlocked on your account. Your wallet shows two balances: Tokens (purchased and bonus tokens) and Promo tokens.

Purchased tokens and plan bonus tokens never expire. Promo tokens are free gifts from Aiscenix and expire 30 days after you receive them. You can see each promo batch and its expiry date by tapping the Promo tokens card in your wallet.

Promo tokens are used first, then your regular tokens. The unlock screen shows the exact split before you confirm. Promo tokens can unlock up to 3 episodes per creator; after that, unlocks from that creator use your regular tokens.

Open "Get tokens" from your wallet or any locked episode. You can buy a one-time token pack or choose an annual plan. Prices are shown before you pay, plus applicable taxes.

An annual plan gives you its tokens right away and renews automatically every year at the same price until you cancel. Your first annual plan may include a one-time sign-up bonus. You'll be asked to agree to automatic renewal before you pay.

Go to Account > Plan and choose "Click to cancel". Your plan won't renew, it stays active until the renewal date, and you keep every token already in your wallet.

One-time token packs are final except as described in our Terms of Service. A plan renewal can be refunded within 14 days if you haven't used that renewal's tokens. If a technical problem stops you from watching something you unlocked, contact support.

Use "Apply to Create" from the navigation or footer and complete the application with your background, samples, and plans. Our team reviews every application and will contact you with the result.

Once approved, open Creator Studio and choose "New Video". Pick Short Film, Feature Film, Vertical Series, or Horizontal Series, then follow the steps. New uploads go through review before they appear publicly.

No. Short films are always free showcases, designed to build your audience. If you want to charge, expand the idea into a feature film or series.

You earn a share of the tokens viewers spend on your titles, between 70% and 80% depending on your tier. Track it on the Earnings page in Creator Studio. You keep ownership of your work.

Yes. Promo unlocks pay your normal rate, funded by Aiscenix, once the viewer watches 25% or 2 minutes (whichever comes first). Each viewer's promo tokens can unlock up to 3 of your paid episodes. Promo earnings follow the normal 45-day pending period.

Payouts are not automatic. Connect a payout account, then request a payout from Earnings once you have at least $50 available. After approval, funds arrive in 3–5 business days.

Click "Sign In", then "Forgot password?". Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link.

Go to Account settings and choose Close Account, then type CLOSE to confirm. Closing cancels any plan you bought, and unused tokens are cancelled except where the law requires a refund (see Terms Section 4.7). Creator accounts can be suspended but cannot be deleted by the creator.

Yes. In Account settings you can export a copy of your account data, including your profile, follows, and reports.

Our Terms of Service include individual arbitration in Section 15. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting the Terms; see Section 15.8.
