COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Aiscenix respects the rights of creators and copyright owners. Aiscenix is a distribution and streaming platform: the series, episodes, and other content on Aiscenix are made and uploaded by independent creators, who confirm when they sign up and every time they upload that they own or have the rights to everything they publish.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, how a creator can respond, and how we handle repeat infringement.

1. Our Designated Copyright Agent

Send copyright infringement notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

AgentCopyright Agent, Aiscenix Inc.
Mailing address45 S Arroyo Pkwy #1033, Pasadena, CA 91105, United States
Email[email protected] (subject line: "DMCA Notice")
Phone(323) 393-0288

When sending a copyright notice or counter-notice by email, please put "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line so it reaches the right team quickly. Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (DMCA Designated Agent Directory, registration DMCA-1081794). For concerns other than copyright, see Section 7.

2. How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on Aiscenix infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name works as an electronic signature).
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If several works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the direct link (URL) to each episode, plus the timestamp where relevant.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

We may not be able to act on a notice that is missing any of these elements. Before sending a notice, please consider whether the use may be permitted, for example as fair use. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorney fees.

3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

  • We review the notice for the required elements and, if it is complete, promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.
  • We notify the creator who uploaded it, and we may share a copy of the notice, including the sender's name and contact details, with that creator.
  • We may hold earnings connected to the reported content while the matter is pending.
  • Removing content in response to a notice is a legal process step. It does not mean Aiscenix has decided who owns the rights. Disputes over ownership are between the copyright owner and the creator.

4. Counter-Notices: If Your Content Was Removed

If you are a creator and believe your content was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal (for example, the episode title and its former link).
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Aiscenix may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.

When we receive a complete counter-notice, we will send a copy to the person who submitted the original notice. If that person does not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we will restore the content no sooner than 10 and no later than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice. The same penalties for knowing misrepresentation apply to counter-notices.

5. Repeat Infringers

Aiscenix terminates, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of creators who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

  • Each removal based on a valid notice counts as one strike on the creator's account, unless it is reversed through a successful counter-notice or withdrawn by the person who sent it.
  • A strike expires 12 months after it is issued.
  • An account that receives three strikes within that period will be terminated, and the creator may not open a new account.
  • We may terminate an account sooner where infringement is deliberate or egregious.
  • We notify creators by email each time a strike is issued.

6. For Creators: Before You Upload

  • Only upload content you created or have permission to use, including music, footage, artwork, characters, and any real person's likeness or voice.
  • Creating something with AI tools does not give you rights to other people's work. If your prompts, references, or source material use someone else's copyrighted work, you need permission.
  • You confirm these rights every time you upload, and you are solely responsible for your content.

7. Other Concerns

This process is only for copyright. For trademark concerns, unauthorized use of your name, likeness, or voice, privacy, or content that violates our content standards, please email [email protected] with "Content Report" in the subject line.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
